This property with about 20.000m2 of land is located on the south-east coast of Majorca in an agricultural, quiet surrounding, near Porto Petro and the perfect harbour of Cala Llonga.
It is situated approx. 60km from Palma and some 55km from the airport of Son San Joan, between the two villages of Santanyi and Alqueria Blanca. Its access is first by an asphalted road and then the last 100m by natural rural road, without any thoroughgoing traffic.
Almost no neighbours which you could see; totally fenced by natural stone-walls. Water from “Aguas de Consolacion” and own drilling hole.
